For the detail-oriented, here’s an overview of the process

Step 1: Discovery Call

The first step to making your proposal absolutely memorable is scheduling your discover call. You can tell us about about your relationship and we’ll want to know all about the person you plan on proposing to. Are they very private or do they like being the center of attention? Indoors or outdoors? Casual or glamorous? We’ll find out about your budget, meaningful locations, style, and more. 

After the initial call, we’ll present to you a “Proposal Proposal”,  this will have two (or sometimes three because we just can’t help ourselves) custom-curated Proposal Experience created just for you. 

Step 2: We Plan

Once you’ve chosen your experience, we really get to work.  We will secure the location (taking care of any permits, not to mention gaining access to some of Boston’s most exclusive proposal locations), necessary vendors, food and beverage components, styling and props such as engraved champagne flutes, flowers, picnic blanket, candles. We’ll create a timeline and will walk you through every detail.

We will also work with you on the RUSE.  We are tricky little planners, so helping you come up with a believable cover story to get your person to THE SPOT is one of our favorite parts of the process.

Step 3: We Execute

On the big day, we set everything up, confirm all involved parties, and make sure the scene is perfectly set. 

We manage the arrangement of paparazzi-style/incognito photography as part of every proposal.  We believe in beautiful documentation of life’s happiest moments so capturing your marriage proposal is a MUST. We only work with the best proposal photographers in Boston and you will be delivered a full edited gallery of images to share with excited friends and family, not to mention that new profile picture for social media

Step 4: You Propose

All you have to do is ask the question!  We also encourage that you take full credit for all of the planning and execution! We’re happy to offer complete privacy for the big moment!
