Boston Proposal Concierge? What now?

You’ve found your person and want to ask them to marry you. This will be the first page of your family story so you want to make it spectacular.

But where to start? Where are the best locations to propose in Boston? How do you get access to them? Flowers? Champagne? Photography? We take the time to get to know all about your person and your relationship. We curate 2 unique custom proposal options for you to choose from. From there, we plan every jaw-dropping, sweep-them-off-their-feet moment. All you have to do, is show up and ask the question!

Why do I need a proposal concierge?

No one needs a proposal concierge but if you’re a busy individual who wants to make a statement with your proposal but doesn’t know where to start, then we’re here. If the idea of organizing venues, permits, flowers, lighting, transportation etc all seems a little overwhelming, let us take care of that for you!

Do you travel outside of Boston?

What kind of timelines are involved?

It all depends on how elaborate the proposal is, but we typically like to start planning 1-3 months in advance.  That said, we’ve done proposals with 5 days’ notice- please reach out for availability!

Who does the proposing?

That’s your job! We just set the stage and make sure everything is perfect. Boston Proposal Concierge is an inclusive planning service, we welcome and fully support all proposals, esp LGBTQI+ couples.

What’s the best time of day to propose?

Just one of the many things we consider when we put together your proposal plan. From sunrise to sunset to twilight, we know the best moment to propose for magical pictures!

Who is behind BPC?

Boston Proposal Concierge was dreamed up by Erin Davies and Leah Haydock, with over 22 years of experience in the Boston wedding and event industry between them! More about Leah and Erin can be found HERE.

How much will this cost?

Our services start at $4000.  This includes custom curated options, full planning services, execution and proposal photography.  Of course every proposal is unique and chartering a private yacht for example will cost more than a picnic in the park, so additional costs can cover quite a range.  We will work with you to show options within your budget discussed during the initial Discovery Call.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes! From the time of the Discovery Call to the moment he or she says YES, you will have a dedicated planner or team of planners making sure the details are just right!

I want to involve our family and friends, how?

Whether it’s arranging for a live stream of your proposal or for a private dining experience with your families afterwards, we’re here to take care of everything for you.
